I bought this for my 4 year old a YEAR ago and have left it up because I KNEW that even though it takes up half the floor space in her room, it would be a pain to put away. However, I have found this to be a great toy for LOTS of reason and have a solution to putting it away!!

Really cute!

I got this for my two year old daughter for Christmas. Husband was out and I needed to get things done so I tackled the assembly by myself. It seemed impossible until I hung the tent from the ceiling to keep it upright. Then it only took a few minutes to slide the poles in and tie them off! I used kitchen twine and binder clips to help assemble. : ) I put a Pillow Pet Dream Lite in the center for her to discover Christmas morning!

Good Value — especially compared to what’s out there

As the mom of three kids, I have seen my fair share of play tents. Most are a big pain to set-up, and some rip easily (paper-like fabric). This tent is made of nylon-like tent fabric. Not the strongest material in the world, but just fine for what it is intended for. It also sets up very easily. Comparing it to the $50 princess tent that wouldn’t stand up straignt, and had no sides or bottom, I’d have to say this is an excellant value, and very cute. Sans the frills — i.e. no blinking lights like the princess tent, but we put our own blinking flashlight inside for a cool disco effect.

I bought this play tent as a birthday gift for a 4 year old. From the packaging it seemed that it would be on the smaller size but I went with it anyway. The tent itself was pretty easy to set up once you figured out how the poles went in. It seemed very sturdy and was suprisingly much bigger than I thought it would be. It could accomadate at least two or three kids comfortably. It is quite tall in the middle too which was great since her 7 year old brother could stand up straight in it and play with her. The tent was such a hit that she completely forgot about all of her other presents and wanted to immediately test out the glow in the dark stars on the outside (which I am told worked really well by the way). Very happy with the purchase!

As soon as she opened it up we had to set it up and her and her little cousins had a great time playing with it

Bought this for my 2 year old grand daughter and she loves it. As soon as she opened it up we had to set it up and her and her little cousins had a great time playing with it. My daughter in law say,s it is still holding up even after 4 month’s of daily play.

Looks great! Kids will love it.

I read the reviews, and even saw one reviewer had put in thoughful notes on how best to assemble it. When we opened it up, we sort of lost all organization or direction, and we basically put it together ad-hoc, while my niece was constantly trying to walk in and out of it! the thing is awesome, she really likes it. i’m about 5′ 7″ and i could fit in it w/ my 3 year old niece. getting out is a pain in the butt for an adult, but you can get in there and back out, without too much difficulty. And whichever child you give this to, she will be dragging you in there, alot. i got multiple requests of “uncle, visit my magic castle!” I bought building blocks, and a little book, but this gift was the star of the show, well worth every penny i paid! =)
