Welcome to Redview County, where a street-racing rivalry between cops and racers never stops as both sides compete in an all-out war to take over the social, local and national media and earn the best cars, mods and technology. Risk Everything. Trust No One.

I just got this game a couple days ago and honestly, it’s not bad. It has just what you’d want in a racing game, missions, cool cars, free roam, multiplayer, etc. Would I say there is anything significant about this game compared to others? No, but that doesn’t stop it from being a nice game, i like the idea that you can choose to be a cop or racer and complete missions and customize your own cars, and so on. The graphics are also nice. The controls are a little hard to get at first and not as smooth but you get used to it eventually and can change it if needed to. I am perfectly happy with my game though and might even buy the other games in this series.

great game , but dont have mode history so with the time came a little bored
good game if you want to just drive. not really any “missions” to speak of. you accomplice a list a tasks to perform to increase your rank and get “speed points”, which are like money. you will see other players in your game. it is always online and you can challenge other racers to race. you can play as a racer or as a cop.
This game stays in my PS4 more than any other game.
The best game out yet for the PS4 IMO. The cars looks AMAZING, and sound AMAZING. And the graphics look just like Battlefield 4’s graphics because they are based on the same graphics engine, Frostbite 3 Engine.
Great game, a bit difficult to control de cars but it’s ok… Miss the multiplayer mode offline…

Got this for my nephew. He loves it. I don’t do video games, so I’ll just watch him play.
As a Need for Speed fan, I was quick to be on board with the release of Rivals. It is truly a fun and graphically impressive game with customization options that allow for individual expression. Some flaws present themselves, as there is no option for local 2 player split screen which may not mean much to online players however someone like me who enjoys playing locally with a buddy, it was a let down. Some features relative to car customization seem a bit out of place with the seriousness of the game (decals are very silly) but overall there are plenty of options to ensure a successful rendering. Unlike Grand Turismo, the Need for Speed franchise has never been about capturing absolute realism but rather energetic, action packed and enjoyable race simulation. If this attracts you then surely you will enjoy Rivals.
I’d give 3 1/2 if I could
I just got this and overall, I do like this game but it could use some improvements. If you liked Most Wanted, Hot Pursuit & Burnout Paradise you’ll probably like this too. Don’t expect anything but an arcade racer, but that should be obvious.
Worth it for the price
Great and fun game. It has a high replay value in just being able to drive around and play cops and robbers. Some drawbacks are the camera views are not the greatest. There are only 2, road view and one tight on the car. It makes it difficult to see objects coming at you until it is to late. Also in police mode, your fellow officers get in the way more then anything. All in all it is a fun game and now that is 30 dollars, it is worth having in your collection.
