Pint-sized explorers love bath activities that keep them busy and engaged in the tub. Introduce "reel" bath time fun with the Fishin' Bath Toy by Munchkin. The magnetic fishing hook easily picks up sea creatures (which double as bobbing bath toys), and the handle is specially made to fit toddler hands. The reel even makes fun clicking sounds when turned, giving it a more realistic feel. Great for developing hand-eye coordination and teaching cause and effect, too – so your little one falls hook, line and sinker for bath time learning fun.

This kept my 2 y/o granddaughter occupied for hours in her little outdoor pool, and then she played with it inside placing them in a cup. Would be nice if the reel worked, but others that did were much higher and less sturdy, so I chose this one. The magnets are very strong and easy to use, so it won’t challenge older children. It was perfect for her, though, and great in helping her develop her motor skills and spatial understanding.

Great multi skill developing toy!

How much fun can one have with a fishing pole and 3 little fish?! Ask my daughter! She absolutely loves this toy set! She’s almost 3 and hasn’t let this out of her hand since she got it the other day. She just thinks it is hilarious when one of the fish attaches to the magnet on the fishing pole. She can’t contain herself when i start reeling in the fish with the pretend line.

Great for bath play!

Great little toy if you have realistic expectations! I read the listing thoroughly so I knew what to expect from this toy. It is definitely short with a short string…not meant for toddlers to use standing up, they would be half bent over. We use it in the tub, and it is perfect for that! My son is almost 2, and the first few times he used it he just kept swinging it around in the air. We showed him several times what to do and after that he quickly got the hang of it. Now he gets so excited whenever he “catches a fish”! This could be a five star toy if the reel was functional and the pole was a bit longer, but for the price, it serves its purpose and makes bath time more fun for us!

Very fun and cute! My baby loves taking it in and out of the bath. Love how it makes the sound of winding up. I wish it came with more “fish” to catch. Three isn’t very many. But it helps with hand and eye coordination and makes it fun. She’s really good at it! Helped a lot too.

My 1 year old loves this. I got it as an accompaniment to his water table. It is easy for him to try fishing and small enough that he can’t do much damage with it (accidentally hit other people/kids) it is quite small for older children, however. For example, my 5 year old thinks it is too small but she still has fun!

Super cute, great toy!

Such an adorable toy. The little person, octopus/pentapus (only has five nubby little arms, not eight) and fish ball are super cute. The magnet is the perfect strength to easily connect but allow a child to detach them with ease.
