good looking blood

 on November 14, 2014
I used this on a halloween project for my twin boys. we used liquid latex and make up for a zombie costume. this blood was the last step on the make up, and it worked great. it does stay wet, and can continue to drip if you overuse it, but the glossy look is nice.

Good buy!

Nice consistency and once it dries it looks even more realistic! Also if it ends up in your mouth witch I don’t recommend, it is sweet and tastes fine. I definitely reccomend! The container has a spatula, it kinda works like a nail polish bottle with a stick on the cap to help get out the product.

Exceeded expectations enough for me to write a review for once.

I didn’t have high expectations for this stuff since the reviews seemed mixed, but it exceeded my expectations. It’s a tiny bottle that went a long way. It has an eyedropper type of applicator in the lid as well, which I didn’t realize but turned out very useful. I dressed up as a runner who was attacked and running from some zombie friends, so I essentially covered myself in this in some good spots on my skin and all over my clothes. It was a bit gloppy, but it looked like real blood! A nice red color and thickness. It also didn’t stay too sticky, but since it was drizzling, I’m not sure it would dry or not. I can tell you that people at the race were LEGITIMATELY concerned for me. Everyone was asking if I was okay before they realized it was actually just a gag! I actually started to feel bad after a bit 🙂 I had it on for about 5 or 6 hours and it washed off in the shower with soap and did not stain my skin at all. It also came out of my running clothes (wicking material), but not my cotton socks. I had planned to toss everything post race, but bonus, I didn’t need too. I don’t usually write reviews, but this stuff was great!

BEST fake blood!

This fake blood was SO awesome! It’s really easy to apply and looks super realistic. I wore it on Halloween and had someone seriously ask me if my nose was bleeding. You get a ton in this little jar too. Probably enough to drip blood out of every orifice of your body (and maybe even a friend’s). My only caution is that if you put it on too thickly, the weight of the liquid will cause it to drip. This is easily fixed by gently scraping some of the applied blood off with a toothpick or q-tip.

Exactly what I needed!!

This blood gel is the best thing ever!! I’m training in special effects makeup and used this for some effects and the end result was amazing. For more of my looks please head to my Instagram account at Magdaglams 🙂

Just like real blood!!

YESSS Looked exactly like blood. I will use this brand any time I need fake blood, hopefully what’s left in the bottle wont be congealed or otherwise useless next year by Halloween, and I can use it again then. I couldn’t find anything about an expiration date or any such thing, so maybe it will still be in perfect, bloody, usable shape. A very little bit goes a long way with this so I have plenty left. I will get this brand any time I have to buy it again, Very good product!!

This will help sell any other blood effects. Must have.

This stuff was what helped really sell the other blood effects. It’s a thick gel that looks just like blood when it’s been exposed to air for a little bit. Anyone who has fallen down as a kid and scraped your knees or elbows knows what that looks like.
