Turn up the sounds of learning fun with the Learn & Groove Musical Table! Children can choose between dance and discovery with a music mode that introduces songs and sounds of instruments, and a learning mode that teaches basic shapes, colors and more. Press, slide, pull and spin colorful instruments and shapes to activate a variety of learning responses. Flip the page in the "book" to switch between learning mode and music mode. Press any button in learning mode to explore the alphabet, colors, shapes, numbers and opposites. Flip to music mode and learn popular songs, tunes and real instrument sounds of the piano, drum, xylophone, trombone and guitar. Children can stand and play or explore on the floor as they dance and sing along to classic children's tunes, including the "ABC Song," "Old MacDonald," "Pop Goes the Weasel," "Itsy Bitsy Spider" and more. A language selector gives the option of bilingual play in either English or Spanish.".
Timeless toy all can enjoy.
Our oldest had one 10 years ago and would play the banjo music and then run around the table over and over again. It lasted for YEARS and we ended up giving it away. For Christmas, we decided to buy it again for our 20 month old. Although a few of the songs are different, most has remained the same and the appeal hasn’t diminished. The volume has hi, low, and off and there’s an option for English or Spanish. Also, all the gadgets change to a different sound when you turn the page in the middle of the table! There’s such a variety of songs and sounds that it hasn’t irritated the adults in our house. It has been a favorite when friends come over and even my oldest will still play with it.
My 18 month old still loves it
I got this table for my son when he first started pulling himself up to stand because I hoped it would encourage him to stand. It seemed to. He’s been walking and running around for a few months now, and he still loves this table. In fact, he picks it up and carries it around the house! I like that you can set the language to English or Spanish. I’m learning some Spanish when I play with him. LOL. Anyway, I like the table. My son likes the table. I was worried that he’d outgrow it quickly, but that doesn’t seem to be the case. No regrets.
I bought this a a main gift for my 1 year old god daughter and I’m very pleased as well as my god daughter, it helps her to stand up, she doesn’t walk as yet but she’s getting there with the help of leap frog. It even has a Spanish option, which is great because her God parents are Hispanic and she and her older sister have shown an interest in learning Spanish. It’s very educational for her even at this age. I highly recommend this product for all the parents and god parents out there. I got the fuss free packaging and it was no fuss at all, just hook the legs up to the top, or you can even leave it flat.
Good, but a bit unsteady for new standers
Overall this is a good toy for babies who are learning to stand or already standing. I docked a star because it’s lightweight and not very sturdy for new standers. We bought this when our 6.5mo old was learning to pull herself up to a stand hoping that it would give her some motivation and keep her entertained. It did keep her entertained, but it would topple over when she pulled on it or it would slide if she pushed it and we constantly had to monitor her while she was using it, or hold it in place for her. We ended up putting it up against a wall to minimize its movement when she was playing with it. Now that she has more control of her pulling/pushing (8 months) we find that this stays in place just fine and she loves all the songs/noises/lights.
tone is good, and a lot of it seems to be …
grand daughter loves this. She is 1 year old, and loves to push the buttons and dance to the music. The table is not heavy, and does slide a little, but baby figured that out immediately and has never fallen. She is not standing on her own quite yet, and uses the table to help stand up, with no problem.
Would definitely recommend keeping in mind that it may slipped if baby …
Baby will be 10 months in 4 days and she loves it. It is not crazy loud. She stands since she was 7 and just today started walking so! She enjoys walking around it round and round! It is lightweight and she pushes it if she rest her body on it over the carpet so I can imagine it slips much easier on wooden or other floor material. I work long hours and my husband is a stay home dad! And this has been a lifesaver for him! Would definitely recommend keeping in mind that it may slipped if baby pushes it to stand!
A must for little ones who love standing!!
My 7 month old absolutely loves standing so I looked for toys that would allow him do so. He LOVES this table!
Bought it at 4 months, and still using it at 14 months. One of my son’s regular go-to toys.
We bought this for my son when he was 4 months old. At that age he could not stand yet, and was still pretty unstable in a sitting position, so we took off all the legs. This allowed him to press the buttons while doing laying on his stomach. At this age he wasn’t very into the toy. He didn’t quite have a grasp of the cause/effect of pushing the buttons and making noises. It was more of just flailing his arms and accidentally hitting a button
