This thing is a monster!! We bought this for a trip down the Guadalupe along with the Mega Chill II Floating Cooler Tube 48 X 38. We are not small people I weigh 255 and my wife around 150. This tube held that plus beverages in the on board cooler and a dry bag from Ivation (I highly recommend their bags). I do recommend using half length paddles with this tube as it is hard to steer. We did not take ours this trip and ended up hitting a very large tree in rapids. This resulted in both the cooler tube and this one flipping. The rope on this one caught the tree and folded the raft in half so hard I was afraid it was going to pop. I got washed 100 yards downstream banged and bruised up from the rocks. I got the cooler and the Ivation dry bag (it had $1000 of camera and cell phone gear that all stayed dry). I went back and cut loose both tubes from the tree and rescued my wife from behind the tree. The tube did stretch some from the extreme pressure but did not leak.

We fit 4 people on this thing and a 12 pack of bottles with ice in the cooler and it floated, was comfortable and has been used about a 1/2 dozen times since purchase. Need I say more?

I bought this raft over two years ago and have taken it on at least 30+ floats (6-9hrs each) and it has yet to let me down. 🙂 The compact cooler in between where you and your partner sit holds about a twelve pack of cans, and two hoagies. Which is perfect for a day on the river. It’s super comfortable to sit or lounge on. It has durable netting where you sit so that you can be in the water while floating. Which is very nice when it’s scorching hot out. Also has 2 cupholders which are very convenient. I’ve owned several rafts and this one is by far the best!! Highly recommend this awesome float!

Last year I purchased a single Intex River Run tube and it worked out great for a 4 day tubing/camping trip. This year I purchased the dual tube as I brought my brother along along for the anual trip. In what I have to say next, it should be the reason for anyone to purchase.

We used this on Lake Michigan – in rough and calm waters. It was very stable and durable. It seems to be very well-constructed and the seams are very heavy duty. Read the instructions before inflating so you know what’s what.

Double the fun

I highly recommend this float. Heavy duty, great quality and price. We also bought long ropes, tied off to the dock and completely relaxed.

Me and my wife love floating in this together, and it really seams to be a well made product. Ice chest doesn’t hold ice very long, but didn’t figure it would. Could probably get a styrofoam minnow bucket and put in it to make it work better. Very satisfied with the lounge.

Great fun on the river.

Bought this for summer vacation. We used it to float down the Saco River. It held my daughter and her husband and son with water, snacks and sunscreen in the middle. The only downside is carrying it to the river. I definitely recommend.

must have for summer at the lake
